Mkomazi National Park is a wildlife haven situated between 300 and 1600 meters above sea level. With over twenty ungulate species, including the Big Five, and a diverse range of reptiles and more than 450 bird species, it offers a remarkable opportunity to explore the enchanting African flora and fauna. Unlike the popular Tanzanian parks, Mkomazi is less frequented by large safari companies, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a unique and intimate wildlife experience. The Rhino Sanctuary is a particular highlight, offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to observe these majestic creatures up close. Join the fight to preserve these endangered animals and make a difference today – help to save the rhinos!
